Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Supervisor for our Instrumentation Pipeline. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems critical to our manufacturing and packaging processes within the beauty and personal care sector. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation, process control, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of instrumentation technicians.
- Ensure the accurate calibration and maintenance of all process instrumentation (e.g., sensors, transmitters, control valves).
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for instrumentation equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, calibration, and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize instrumentation performance.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new instrumentation systems.
