Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally astute Supervisor - Instrumentation Pipeline with 3-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and be responsible for overseeing and managing the legal and compliance aspects of our instrumentation pipeline within the investment banking sector. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, contract management, and risk assessment, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to the instrumentation pipeline.
- Review and draft legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and policy documents related to the pipeline.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on potential risks and liabilities associated with pipeline operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal considerations are integrated into pipeline development and management.
- Manage and maintain records of all legal and compliance-related activities for the instrumentation pipeline.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs for relevant personnel.
