Supply Chain Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of printing materials and finished products. This role is crucial for supporting our growth and maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.

Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and equipment, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.

Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, warehousing, and distribution to minimize costs and prevent stockouts.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.

Coordinate logistics and transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and costs.

Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
