Supply Chain Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations within India. This role will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of IT hardware, software, and related services to our clients and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT supply chain dynamics and a proven track record of driving improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support business objectives.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Manage logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to align supply chain activities with business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
