Supply Chain Manager - Design (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our supply chain operations, with a focus on supporting our design and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for design and production.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock, minimizing holding costs and stockouts.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in the procurement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring quality standards are met.
