We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations within the Indian gems and jewellery industry, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Contribute to the development and execution of supply chain policies and procedures.
