Supply Planner

Role Summary: The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to manufacturing and ultimately to consumers within ITC's Food Division. This role requires close collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to meet demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Create and manage production and procurement plans to meet forecasted demand, considering lead times and capacity constraints.

Monitor inventory levels across the supply chain (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods) and implement strategies to optimize stock.

Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.

Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
