Supply Planner

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Planner to join our dynamic team. The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain, from procurement to delivery. This role is critical in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing costs, and meeting customer demand for our electrical equipment products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed supply plans, considering demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of the supply plan.
- Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and distribution centers, identifying and addressing potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and warehousing operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain activities, performance, and key challenges.
- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain planning software to support planning activities.
