Supply Planner

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Planner with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This position is suited for individuals with 4-6 years of relevant experience who possess strong quantitative skills and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans that align with business objectives, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
- Utilize advanced statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to predict product demand with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels across the network, implementing strategies to minimize stock-outs and reduce excess inventory.
- Optimize transportation and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems through data-driven insights and research.
- Present supply chain performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
