We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent BBA/BBM graduates looking to kickstart their career in supply chain management within the BPO sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services, supporting inventory management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excesses.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment on supply strategies.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the implementation of new supply chain processes and technologies.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics.
