We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and possess a strong analytical aptitude. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely procurement and delivery of essential resources and services within our legal operations. You will be instrumental in managing inventory, forecasting demand, and optimizing supply chain processes to support our firm's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply plans to meet the operational needs of the firm, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand for legal resources, stationery, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal teams, administrative staff) to understand their supply requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any discrepancies or delays, and foster strong vendor relationships.
- Manage the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and processing invoices.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier information using relevant systems.
- Support the implementation and utilization of supply chain management software.
