Role Summary: The Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor will oversee the operational efficiency and technical integrity of broadcast transmission systems, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of content to viewers. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and reliability of our broadcasting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of broadcast transmission equipment and facilities.
- Monitor signal quality, transmission stability, and network performance across all platforms.
- Coordinate with technical teams for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with broadcast regulations and industry standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and oversee procurement processes.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technical staff.
- Respond to and resolve transmission-related incidents and emergencies.
