Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient and safe operation of supply chain and transmission services within our petrochemical and plastics division. This role requires a graduate with a solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor and control the transmission of raw materials and finished goods to various production units and distribution centers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and products, meeting operational schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to optimize material flow.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance in all supply and transmission activities.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and delivery status.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
