Role Summary: The Surveying - Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various surveys and research projects. This role involves identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making within the Business Process Management (BPM) domain. The analyst will work closely with project teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection instruments.
- Clean, process, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform statistical analysis using various software tools to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present survey findings to stakeholders.
- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and data needs.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and survey methodologies.
