Sustainability Manager (2-3 Yrs) | Hyderabad

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a B.Pharma background and a passion for driving environmental and social initiatives within the hospitality sector. This role will focus on developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with our 'Responsible Luxury' philosophy and contribute to our environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of sustainability programs across hotel operations, focusing on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation.

Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint, waste diversion rates, and water consumption.

Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to the hospitality industry.

Support the implementation of green procurement policies and engagement with suppliers on sustainability issues.

Contribute to internal and external sustainability communications and reporting, including annual sustainability reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into daily operations and decision-making.

Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to understand chemical impacts, waste management, and potential for eco-friendly alternatives in hotel operations.
