We are seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainability initiatives across our hardware and networking operations. This role is crucial in driving our commitment to environmental responsibility, social impact, and ethical governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with Wipro's ESG goals and relevant industry standards.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify areas for improvement in our hardware and networking supply chain and operations.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, R&D, operations) and external stakeholders to integrate sustainability principles into business practices.
Stay abreast of evolving sustainability regulations, trends, and best practices in the technology sector.
Support the development and delivery of sustainability training programs for employees.
Contribute to sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP) and stakeholder engagement.
