Sustainability Manager

Role Summary: The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainability initiatives across the organization. This role will drive our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint, waste reduction, water usage, and social impact.
• Identify and assess sustainability risks and opportunities, recommending appropriate mitigation and enhancement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, supply chain, HR, legal) to integrate sustainability into business processes.
• Stay abreast of evolving sustainability regulations, standards, and emerging technologies relevant to India and the global market.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, NGOs, and government bodies, on sustainability matters.
• Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and build capacity for sustainability across the organization.
• Manage sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements.
