Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial in advancing our commitment to environmental and social responsibility within the beauty and personal care sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, with the ability to implement and manage initiatives that align with our ethical brand values. This position is suitable for individuals with 3-5 years of experience, where post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and ethical sourcing.
Conduct research on new sustainability trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the beauty industry.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, product development, marketing) to integrate sustainability into business operations.
Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices throughout the value chain.
Support the development of sustainability reports and communications for internal and external audiences.
Assist in organizing and executing sustainability-related projects and campaigns.
