Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Switching / Router Engineering professional with 6 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Industrial Automation team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced networking solutions for our industrial clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring robust, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure that supports critical industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex network architectures using switching and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs).
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments.
- Perform network performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of network designs and configurations before deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices in industrial automation.
- Document network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
