Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our growing IT team at HCC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. This role is crucial for supporting our diverse project operations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and related software.
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
