System Administrator / Engineer (2-4 Yrs) for Petrochemical Industry

We are seeking a motivated and skilled System Administrator / Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management within the petrochemical sector. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our company's IT systems to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related software applications.

Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.

Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures, including user access control and vulnerability management.

Assist in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure upgrades and new projects.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
