System Administrator / Engineer - Food Processing (0-2 Yrs) - Chennai

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator / Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to apply their foundational knowledge in system administration and IT support within the dynamic food processing industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and contributing to the implementation of new systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IT environment.
- Assist in the monitoring of system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset management records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are followed.
- Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
