Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to contribute to the optimization and efficiency of our business processes through the analysis and implementation of IT systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various departments.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and applications.
- Create system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system upgrades and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress.
