Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical System Analyst with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to apply their advanced academic knowledge in a real-world business process management (BPM) environment. You will be instrumental in understanding business needs, analyzing system functionalities, and contributing to the design and implementation of efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT systems.
Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Document system processes, requirements, and technical specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for system improvements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to BPM and system analysis.
