We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team at ITC Limited in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree and a strong understanding of business processes within the FMCG sector. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of IT systems to support our corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders across departments.
Analyze existing IT systems and business workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system development or enhancement.
Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement new software solutions or modifications.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
