Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical System Analyst to join our growing team. The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user needs, designing and implementing system solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and propose system solutions, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for system development.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
