Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing effective IT solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems within our infrastructure, transport, and real estate operations. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
• Document business processes, system functionalities, and technical specifications.
• Design and propose IT solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the deployment phase.
• Identify and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
