System Security Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and sensitive data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage security solutions including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond to security breaches effectively.
- Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to ensure security is integrated into all stages of the system lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Manage security-related documentation and reporting.
