System Security Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Security Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security measures to protect our computer systems, networks, and data. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating threats within a hardware and networking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage security measures and controls for our network infrastructure and systems.
- Monitor security alerts and events, investigate potential security incidents, and respond to breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and networking teams to ensure security is integrated into all system designs and deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and support on security best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training.
