System Security Engineer - Furniture & Furnishing Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Security Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and sensitive data. This role requires a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and a B.Sc degree in a relevant field. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from various systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
- Assist in the implementation and management of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update security documentation, including network diagrams and incident response plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into system design and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Assist in security awareness training for employees.
