Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Tamil Teacher with a strong background in design thinking and creative pedagogy to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience who can leverage their B.Des degree to develop engaging and effective Tamil language learning programs. You will be instrumental in creating learning materials that are not only linguistically sound but also visually appealing and interactive, catering to a diverse group of learners within our consulting environment. This is a contract position requiring a creative approach to education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive Tamil language curriculum and lesson plans, incorporating visual and interactive elements suitable for adult learners.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, infographics, worksheets, and digital content, utilizing design principles learned from a B.Des background.
- Facilitate interactive Tamil language classes for employees with varying proficiency levels, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Assess student progress through creative evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to suit different learning styles and ensure inclusivity.
- Collaborate with the HR and Learning & Development teams to align Tamil language training with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching and educational design.
