Tax Analyst | Any Postgraduate Professionals | Coimbatore

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a Any Postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations. This role will involve supporting the tax department in compliance, analysis, and advisory functions for our Iron & Steel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including GST, Income Tax, and other applicable taxes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct tax research on specific provisions of Indian tax laws and provide support for tax planning initiatives.
Support the tax team in managing tax assessments, audits, and inquiries from tax authorities.
Analyze financial data to identify potential tax implications and opportunities for tax optimization.
Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance.
Stay updated with the latest amendments and circulars related to Indian taxation.
Assist in the preparation of tax provisions for financial statements.
Respond to queries from stakeholders regarding tax matters.
