Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Teaching Assistant to support our training programs within the textile and apparel sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in learning and contributing to skill development, with no prior graduation required. You will work closely with our trainers to facilitate learning, manage resources, and provide assistance to participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist trainers in preparing and delivering training materials for textile and apparel courses.
Help manage training schedules, participant attendance, and feedback collection.
Provide one-on-one support to participants, answering queries and clarifying concepts.
Organize and maintain training resources, including samples, tools, and equipment.
Support in evaluating participant progress and providing feedback to trainers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and content.
