Role Summary: The Teaching Assistant will support the faculty and students in the medical training programs at Apollo Hospitals. This role involves assisting with curriculum delivery, student assessment, administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of educational activities within the hospital's academic wing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty in preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Provide academic support to students, including answering queries, clarifying concepts, and guiding them through coursework.
- Help in the development and administration of assessments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Grade assignments, lab reports, and other student work, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records and track academic progress.
- Organize and manage educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and seminars.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in medical education and relevant clinical practices.
