Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant to support our internal training and development programs within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with subject matter experts and trainers to facilitate learning, provide administrative support, and assist in the development of educational materials for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Develop and organize training materials, presentations, and handouts.
Provide administrative support for training programs, including scheduling, participant registration, and record-keeping.
Answer participant queries and provide guidance on course content and logistics.
Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
