Teaching Assistant - Financial Services Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with 3-4 years of experience to support our educational initiatives within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of financial concepts. This role involves assisting in the delivery of training programs, preparing educational materials, and providing support to instructors and learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead instructors in delivering engaging and informative training sessions on financial markets, investment strategies, and trading platforms.

Prepare and organize training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and assessments.

Provide one-on-one support to learners, addressing their queries and guiding them through course content.

Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to instructors on their engagement and understanding.

Help in the administration of training programs, including scheduling, record-keeping, and feedback collection.

Contribute to the development of new training modules and curriculum enhancements.

Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
