Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to support our educational initiatives within HDFC Bank's training and development division in Coimbatore. This role is crucial in facilitating learning and development programs for our banking professionals, ensuring a high standard of knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials, presentations, and course content for M.Sc graduates entering the banking sector.
- Provide academic and administrative support to lead trainers and subject matter experts.
- Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and practical sessions, ensuring active participation from trainees.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and assist in assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain records of trainee attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Support the development and implementation of new training modules and curriculum updates.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in banking to inform training content.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Offer one-on-one support to trainees requiring additional assistance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and resources.
