Teaching Assistant - Packaging Technology

Role Summary: The Teaching Assistant will support the training and development team at UFlex Limited, focusing on imparting knowledge and practical skills related to packaging technology and materials science to new hires and existing employees. This role involves assisting senior trainers, preparing training materials, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior trainers in delivering training programs on various aspects of flexible packaging, including film extrusion, printing, lamination, and converting.
• Prepare and organize training materials, presentations, handouts, and practical demonstration kits.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops, ensuring participant engagement and understanding.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and assist in conducting assessments and evaluations.
• Support the development of new training modules and update existing content based on industry advancements and company needs.
• Maintain training records and assist in reporting on training effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the packaging industry to enhance training content.
