Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs across various functions within our organization, with a focus on enhancing employee skills and knowledge in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This role requires a creative approach to adult learning principles and a passion for fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and facilitator guides, tailored to specific business needs and learning objectives.

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse employee groups, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill application.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and corporate training within the pharmaceutical industry.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and resource allocation.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's learning management system (LMS).
