Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Learning & Development team as a Training Specialist. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees across various banking functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of the BFSI sector, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, modules, and materials for both online and in-person delivery, covering banking products, processes, compliance, and soft skills.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at different levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in learning and development within the BFSI sector.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and venue arrangements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the bank's learning and development initiatives.
