Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training Specialist to join our L&T Heavy Engineering division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our workforce, focusing on operational excellence, safety, and technical skills related to industrial equipment and machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain L&T's high standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises for various industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at different levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring, and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial equipment maintenance and operation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from engineering, operations, and safety departments to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the organization.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
