Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team within the Manufacturing & Production division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to industry best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs across various manufacturing departments.
• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
• Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in manufacturing technologies and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
