Teaching & Training - Other - Contract Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching & Training - Other on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience and a 12th Pass qualification, looking to contribute to our training initiatives within the consumer electronics and appliances domain. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of training programs and supporting our field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.

Help develop training materials, presentations, and documentation.

Provide on-the-job training and support to sales and service teams in Ahmedabad.

Organize and manage training schedules and logistics.

Gather feedback from trainees and report on training effectiveness.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
