Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our corporate team as a Teaching & Training Specialist. This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering cutting-edge training programs for our logistics and operations personnel, focusing on advanced methodologies and continuous improvement within the courier and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their academic expertise and 2-4 years of relevant experience to drive learning and development initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on advanced logistics principles, supply chain management, and operational best practices tailored for a corporate audience.
- Develop curriculum and training materials, including presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises, suitable for individuals with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within different departments.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, research, and innovations in logistics and training methodologies to incorporate into the training programs.
- Mentor and guide trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
