Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training modules for various telecom technologies and services.
• Design and curate training content, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning materials.
• Assess training needs of employees and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions and provide practical guidance to trainees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications and incorporate them into training content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
