Team Lead / Network Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead / Network Manager to oversee and manage our corporate network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network systems, as well as leading a team of network engineers. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless communication and data flow across all our operational sites within India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand network requirements and provide solutions.
• Manage network vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security best practices.
