Team Lead / Network Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead / Network Manager to oversee and manage our critical network infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of network engineers, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our banking network, and contributing to the strategic planning and implementation of network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Design, implement, and manage the bank's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining security policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and reliability.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Manage network incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and security best practices.
