Team Lead / Network Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead / Network Manager to oversee and manage our company's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our network, as well as leading a team of network engineers. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of our healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support.

Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and efficiency.

Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining security protocols, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.

Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.

Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integrated and reliable IT services.

Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
