Team Lead / Network Manager - Chennai

We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Lead / Network Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate looking to leverage their business acumen and technical understanding in a dynamic chemicals industry environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing network operations, managing IT infrastructure, and leading a small team to ensure efficient and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of IT support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of all network systems and data.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related problems.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
