Team Lead / Network Manager | M.Tech Professionals | Hyderabad | 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead / Network Manager to join our dynamic IT team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our network infrastructure, which supports our critical investment banking and financial services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) and 3-5 years of relevant experience in network management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and reliability.
- Ensure network security by implementing and managing security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Manage network hardware and software upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other systems.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and outages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
